My whole family loves this clinic. The doctors and staff are always very thorough and professional. The front administrators are very helpful. Clinic is clean and well organized. Kids friendly, so my kids actually love their dentist appointments! We’ve been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else!

My appointment was an emergency due to a cracked tooth. DrShin did a great job making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, took the time to explain, gave me alternative solutions and took care of the issue right away. Very satisfied with the appointment with my dentist Dr.Shin. It took me a long time to find a good dental clinic that actually cares. I’m glad I finally found one! Nothing but great things to say about Tricity Sedation Dental. All safety measures for COVID are in place so I felt really safe during my appointment. Clean and modern facility. The dentist and all staff are so welcoming and amazing. I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment and left feeling cared for every time I went in. Great experience overall.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Jihae Shin tried to pull out my dad’s tooth and she only managed to after 45 minutes with someone else's help! For comparison, I’ve had 4 very healthy wisdom teeth pulled out and it took 15 minutes, and I could eat the next day. I can’t believe that a doctor would choose to accept this job when they aren’t physically up to it, but they accepted my dad regardless. It takes a lot of strength to pull out a tooth. My dad is now in terrible pain. He can’t eat or drink for the next 2 days and they had the nerve to charge him 450. If you’re in pain and looking for someone to help you, she is not the right doctor.
