Very knowledgeable proprietor. Comfortable experience. Great taste. Just explain what you want. You'll get taken care of.

Got 2 suits, couple of shirts and ties plus socks . Very friendly and professional would definitely recommend. My go to place from now on.

I can’t believe the neglect posts......I have shopped for the men in my life at the Red Stark for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the service or quality of anything I’ve purchased. It’s awesome to have an independent men’s store in a small community and it definitely beat shopping at the big box and franchised store.

The Red Shark likes to post about their great sales and deals but here is what you don’t know! There is a ‘no refund’ policy for the entire store—so don’t buy something unless you’re 100% sure you want it! You never get your money back.. ever..and they don’t tell you that either! You have to spot it out on the tiny piece of paper behind the desk..lucky for you folks, I’m here to inform you! And if you realize you’ve been misinformed on other deals that weren’t posted in the store, that sucks! There’s not a thing they’ll do to help you out besides give you snarky responses! If an item is on sale, it’s FINAL SALE, so you can’t bring it back for exchange..but if you bought it NOT on sale...you’re in luck! You can exchange it for “some nice blue jeans” or a store credit within 10 days (even though I guarantee you won’t be coming back once you realize you’ve been swindled!). Happy shopping!

I have made countless purchases at this store for many years and have always found the owner to be knowledgeable, candid and honest with me. He knows about every piece of merchandise he has in the store and can articulate their features, benefits and hence their value. When it comes to tailored clothing, I would challenge anyone in the area to find a tape man as good as Shane...perhaps the reason he has survived and where the others have all closed. I can honestly say that throughout the years, I have never been disappointed with any purchase I have made here nor have I ever had a reason to return anything. The clothing has always performed in the manner that it was presented to me by Shane. This is a wonderful store with an honorable owner. Anyone who does not give this store a try is only doing themselves a disservice in my opinion. To those who have had a poor experience here, my thought is, not that it’s any excuse I suppose, but he’s only human and perhaps he was having a bad day.ot something. Certainly miles out of character for what I have ever experienced here.

Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Waited a week and didn't do the alteration on the sleeves of the sport coat I paid for. No time to take it back before the wedding.

Very expensive and poor quality, someone purchased me a 65 dollar golf shirt and the button hole tore right away so I tugged on a few other seams and had that shirt shredded with little effort in minutes. They did offer a refund but I tossed it and learned a lesson.

Very terrible customer service when it comes to dealing with problems. Doesn't care about what the customer has to say and thinks it's okay to cheat young teens out of money. And doesn't say it anywhere that it is final sale except on a small paper behind the counter. Wouldn't directly answer questions or anything. I didn't believe all the rumours of people saying that Trenton was scummy and full of untrustworthy people until this happened. Owner must feel pretty successful having money in his pocket, that he cheated from people. Kinda sounds like Jordan Belfort with the scamming.
