Me and my wife moved in 1 year ago and we could not be happier! We have decided to move back to my home town from Toronto in order to get out of the busy city. This apartment is perfect for me my wife and my son, It has been beautifully renovated with all stainless appliances and feels like home everytime. The staff is extremely friendly and do a FANTASTIC job at making sure everything is clean sanitized and accommodating to all residents, The Maintenance staff is very quick at responding to request for repairs and he is extremely friendly, Debra (Community Leasing Agent) Is absolutely amazing and friendly, she is very approachable with any request you might have. and very quick at responding with a resolution We are very happy with our home and look forward to our future with CVL Group

An excellent place to live! Spacious bright apartment with a great layout and lots of storage space. Building management truly cares about their tenants and always responds in a timely manner to answer any questions and concerns. Convenient location to a number of amenities and the 401.
I have a amazing experience from the start with the community leasing agent Debra Salomon.She is very patient and understanding, reliable, knowledgeable and professional.Whenever my partner and I have any problems or complaint, she was right on the ball to get it resolved as quickly as possible.So far the time efficiency to get our problems solved in a timely manner was fantastic,she's quick to answer any questions or concerns that we have.I find that she goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is great and that we don't have any problems or concern..The building is clean and always smelling fresh and thats great seeing that it's a pet friendly place.
Living at North Murray Apartments is awesome. The buildings are kept clean and are super quiet. The superintendent Debra is so nice and was extremely motivated to help us get into our new home.
I love living here the staff are great and have been doing a great job keeping our buildings clean during the pandemic. I find it very quiet here the neighbors are all great
