Purchased first car at Trento Kia and I had an amazing experience. John was a very pleasant, and professional. He helped us throughout all the process. It was my first time purchasing a car so I did not know a lot, but he made sure to explain everything and answer all my questions. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience. This is a place that I will for sure be back in the future when in need for a new car.

We brought our car in for service for a punctured tire and found the staff to be very warm and inviting, especially the guys in the service department. We received exceptional service from Nikolas. He was very informative, efficient, and reassuring and went above and beyond to help us. We could not have asked for better.
Do NOT purchase any of the extra protection plans that they offer (called something like Endurance/Titan Premium)! It's a total scam and waste of money! You will be spending more money on unnecessary warranty and protection that already comes with the factory. Unfortunately I was lured into buying it, and now am locked into the protection plan for 5 YEARS!
Came to Trento Kia was looking for a Used car Rony Toma assisted me and got me an amazing deal on a used Kia! I absolutely love the car no issues at all!
