We booked for a chalet at Les Eaux Tremblant with booking.com for the 18 Dec. Unfortunately following the government decision to change St Sauveur to a red zone and the closure of all activities, we had to cancel the reservation. On the initial reservation there was no deadline to cancel. But when we did cancel we received an email confirmation that we were going to be charged the full amount as the deadline for cancellation was on the 10 of Dec. We cancelled the reservation on the 12. Following our conversation with the agent at Tremblant Sunstar who asked us to call booking.com and booking.com who sent us back to Tremblant Sunstar, they refused to give any refund but a credit that we can use for 1 year. However they would charge us the full amount for the reservation. The full amount was even deducted from my card on the 14Dec! We did several bookings with Tremblant Sunstar before but will never ever book with them anymore. We booked the chalet to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday as that was the only place where restaurants were still open. We are very disappointed by the situation especially that the full amount has been charged to us even before the reservation date.

Went there during Fall, probably the best time of the year as the beauty from Tree Colors is spectacular. Consider reserving a room during the weekdays as prices are cheaper and less crowded. Very peaceful place and well located close to the village of Tremblant. Condo Country type room, nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable to relax and enjoy nature or ski.Great view and you can see often deers nearby. Interior Parking was available as you will need a car to go down to the village depending which room you have.Our room 154-2, the building was on the top of the cliff with a hot pool to be used. We had all amenities working well inside of the room, no hot water issues !Room was clean before we arrived Overall good experience, Thank you ! :)

Very helpful staff, came here for two nights stay. Our condo was at golf club and check at this place, but confusing for first time visitors I wish the yhave check in where customers stay
My family and I stayed at one of the units(#1802) and we didn’t feel like it was accurately represented on the website. We think they definitely need to upload recent pictures of the condo. All the leather on the couches (the sofa bed) were peeling and some of the sheets were half washed. The grill’s ignition lighting didn’t work — we had to use a lighter so that we could start it. The patio was small, but nice. The information desk was unresponsive to all of our calls, we had to go in person to reach them. There were many windows, which were nice to let in sunlight. The tv there had very little channels, most of which you had to subscribe to watch it. Overall it was much smaller than we had anticipated and it was also directly attached to a few other condos. Please read a few reviews before you book to make sure this is a good fit for your family — we didn’t and we regretted it.
