Just picked up our trailer from Traveland RV In West Kelowna. Drew was our sales rep and he made every effort to accommodate us as best as possible, he is very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. The entire team at Traveland was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions and provided us some great helpful tips. If you are looking for a new or used unit, we would highly recommend Traveland and of course suggest you ask for Drew!!

Right from the moment walking through the door the experience at this dealership was phenomenal. We were greeted warmly, allowed to bring our new pup in (who got treats!) and made to feel welcome. Dan from sales listened carefully and respectfully. He showed us units following our wish list and staying within our budget which was awesome. We received an orientation and walk through from Mitch showing every aspect of our trailer from hook up to set up. He was so patient and answered all our questions in detail taking so much of his time. The service orientation and financing process was great. We left with our new trailer knowing everything would be handled if we needed help. The courtesy phone call the next day from Tyler was icing on the cake for an overall great experience. Best RV dealer in the Okanagan Valley by far!!

I purchased a 2021 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA last September. I was pleased when it arrived mid-February, a couple of months early. The sales and delivery were both handled very professionally. The front desk staff is amazing.
