We recently purchased a travel trailer from Traveland RV and were very pleased with the experience. Our sales person was very helpful throughout the sales process. He clarified our needs and proceeded to show us a few models that best fit what we were looking for. After selecting a trailer he offered a fair price including incentives for parts and services to complete our purchase. Traveland were very accommodating by keeping the trailer for a few weeks until we picked it up. They also pulled a technician from the shop to answer all our questions about the trailer before purchasing it. Once it was purchased the parts and service department contacted us to help us select a suitable towing package based on our vehicle. Overall I found them to be informative, responsive and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend dropping by their place as they offer a wide selection of RVs.

Bought our RV here and it was super busy but found a travel trailer that fit us perfect, service and sales are great. I'm a happy camper!

I went to Traveland when I was in the market for a new trailer with my Wife in June of 2020. We showed Don the floor plan of another dealers trailer that we liked. He proceeded to show us a different model, that we expressed no interest in. He wouldn’t show us another trailer, and said we should really get that one as it was a special deal. My wife and I both expressed it wasn’t what we were looking for, I pointed out several issues and quality concerns to which he ignored, or told us could be fixed before we picked it up. He made us feel very trapped and almost forced us to put a deposit down before we could leave even though we explained it wasn’t really what we were looking for, and we said we still wanted to look at some other trailers at another dealership. He explained that because of the high demand for trailers we should at least leave a deposit should we decide we want to get that one. He left to go get the paperwork for the deposit and my wife and I made our escape. We felt very pressured, and it completely ruined the enthusiasm we had for getting a new trailer. We never had the opportunity to deal with anyone else at the dealership, so I can’t say how they are to deal with. All I can say is I will never set foot in the doors of the Airdrie Traveland again after that experience. It’s taken me almost a year to write this review, so that I would be able to express myself in a formal manner.

We picked up a Mantis 2021 last Fall before they were supposed to be released AND during the pandemic. There were issues outside of their control but the team assigned to our purchase was outstanding. I can't say enough about the sales team and will always come back to this location for future needs.

We relocated from another province where we were used to regularly spending time by the lake with family and friends within an hour of our home. After having moved to Alberta, we spent quite a bit on some of our family flying home for summer vacation plans in addition to a couple years of pricey summer vacations in both AB and BC. We also increased our frequency of tent camping at provincial parks, but this still was not enough to replace what we had and that we still felt was missing. My wife and I first went into our local Traveland RV location to look at options to solve our summer vacation puzzle in the most affordable and reasonable way we could (with an RV). There we met Randi Westhaver, who took us through a lot of units to narrow down what we were looking for, navigated the entire process, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely positive as we asked all the multitude of questions all first time buyers have. Financing was also a breeze with Kyle at the same dealership. In the end, after exploring options at the dealership, Randi invited us to the Calgary RV show, and paired us up with an RV that completely suited our needs and felt like home. She was very accommodating, patient, and competent, was a great sales representative for her specific dealership before/during/after the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Traveland RV to anyone interested in buying an RV - whether in our city, or any of the various locations which Traveland operates in AB and BC.
