Horrible Service. I booked 8 months out. They took my deposit then 2 months later sent me an email saying they needed full fees without refund to secure my rental. I told them ok then they responded, saying they have no supply. Meanwhile I'm fighting to find an alternative. 100% HORRIBLE Service.
Well over the past 20 years I have had many experiences with Traveland and this one is the best one yet! Les Mitchell gave top quality service and heard what my needs were along with matching the financial budget; went over budget but happier with what I purchased Jayco JayFlight Rocky Mountain 33.5ft amazing travel trailer; Thank you Les :) I would also like to thank Matt in the finance dept, he was a stellar and made the final purchase a great experience :) Thank you Matt :) Then....my walk through with Dominique, well I gotta say right there was the best way to start the morning! She was not only thorough she fun and funny which was a great ending to a great day receiving my new trailer, thank you Dominique! Thank you to everyone who played a part in my trailer purchase, great customer service and making you feel like \Traveland\ has your back no matter what you need someone is there to help you!
We were very happy with the service we received from Traveland. Selecting the right unit and even being able to tour it was very helpful for planning our trip with friends from the UK to the Kootenays, Rockys and the Badlands. The deposit is reasonable and the payment terms very good for a group with full payment only being due 30 days before. UNFORTUNATELY COIVD-19 threw a wrench into our travel plans and our friends can no longer come to Canada. Traveland accommodated us and went above and beyond!!! They didn’t hold back our deposit and offered us a full refund because the travel ban for COVID was completely out of our control. We will use Traveland in the future when our friends can visit Canada! Thank-you Peter, Monika and the entire team!
