I've been working with Transcript Heroes for the past few months on an ongoing basis in managing my transcripts for research, and boy oh boy am I glad that I have. Their services are fantastic at every level. Their submission process is easy to navigate and well organized. The confirmation of files, with appropriate quotes, are immediate, and adjusted appropriately when I miss the mark. Their quotes are not only fair, but the prices are truly great for these services, and the speed of turnaround is usually right on time, if not before, the quoted deadline. Whenever I have a question or submit additional forms, their responses are so quick I'm surprised. I used to do transcription myself, but this is clearly a job for the professionals, and Transcript Heroes are the heroes we need. The transcripts are accurate, and clearly indicate a timestamp if there's something inaudible from when I mumble.
