Awesome service very knowledgeable staff, quick service and they don't try to sell you garbage. They take the time to listen to your problems and then work with you on coming up with the most effective solution. Also, they offer every type of labels imaginable
I had called Trans Canada Label to order a label printer. Due to some super strange hours like 7:45 to 4:15, I had to leave a message. When I finally got to speak to the sales rep NORA she was abrupt, rude and basically told me that I should purchase something elsewhere....ok. She figured I had made my mind up and that was that. To let you know, I have not a clue about label printers, which is why we seek those with experience to help us out. Anyways, I am/was in the market for a label printer. And I purchased one from Glenwood Labels, who were professional, prompt and I couldn't be happier. After being told she (NORA) was in the business for 20 years, makes it hard to believe after the call we had. Best of luck to you at TRANS CANADA LABEL.
