After doing 3 delivers here in the last 2 weeks and reading the only other review, I felt compelled to post this. It is not KC Recycling's fault that you were mislead on their hours of operation. I learned early in my short 17 year career, call the customer. Although dispatchers try to be perfect, they're not. If you have never been to a place before, call them ask questions, how long does it take to load/unload? What time do you open/close? Was is the best way into you facility? What is your PPE policy? May I park in your yard? Are there appointments or first come first serve? John, the scalemaster at KC, runs a tight ship and runs it well. He gets more trucks unloaded in his 8 hour shift then most dock workers do in a week. Love coming here! Keep up the good work gang.

One of the worst experiences ever in my five year driving career. They close at 4 when i was told that they close at 5pm. But still i was in there office at 4:02pm and they denied my load and asked me to come next morning at 8am. Who the hell in this world gonna waste ur 16 hrs for being late by just 2 mins. On the top, i dropped my trailer in their yard and went to a gas station to sleep there overnight as they have no facilities in their yard. When I arrived in the mng, i came to know that i was the number 5 guy in the line to get unloaded as i left their yard. Which means if someone is late by 2 mins, he/she have to stay overnight in their yard for 16 hrs to be the first guy to get unloaded in the mng. What a piece of s*** their customer service is!!! PS didn't even wanna give them one star.. but have to.. else I couldn't post this!!!
