A couple weeks prior to our company exhbiting at a trade event in Niagra Falls, we realized we didn't have the correct graphic available to ship. Given that our company is located in CT and the show was in Ontario, we were in a bit of a bind. Luckily, TPH came to the rescue! After a couple phone calls, TPH had our file and we had everything arranged to get our graphic printed. It looked amazing and the tradeshow was a success. From the first phone call with Stephanie to the end result the customer service I received was over the top! There was a lot of back and forth with technical marketing details and we all worked toward the same goal, getting it right! I was kept in the loop every step of the way with options!
