Great place to shop for toys and video games for myself and for friends and family. Nice to run in and pick up something quick and not wait for shipping. Staff was always very pleasant and there when needing help. Glad to still have a physical toy store in town.

Would rate 0 if I could. Not impressed with the customer service. Asked on Wednesday when they are getting shining fates in and was told they don’t know. Next day a wait list magically appeared!? My 10 year old son should be able to get these cards before the 30 year old scalpers!!! ABSOLUTE SHAME ON MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES FOR ALLOWING THIS! I’ve always known toys r us as being shady but this is a new low! F YOU! No wonder all the stores closed south of the border! ALSO NO ELLEN I WILL NOT CALK YOU! YOU NEVER LISTEN!

This review is a little late, but had a great experience shopping at Toys R Us for a stroller/car seat. The associate "Mark" that assisted my mom and myself in finding a travel set that would work for us was very helpful. He showed us a few options and when we decided on one we wanted that was not in store at the time, he checked to see where he could source it from. We were able to purchase it same day and have it shipped directly to my house. This was great, because at the time I was quite pregnant and would not have easily been able to lift it in and out of my vehicle if we were to purchase it that day. Now that I've had my baby and she has had a chance to use the set, I'm really glad this is the one we chose! Thank you for making that shopping experience great!

Went to Toys"R"Us this week and was disappointed in the service. Went to the baby area to look at strollers. I found one that I liked and wanted, but couldn't find anyone to help me with it. I went to the front and asked, they said someone would be there right away to help. After waiting another 10 minutes a gentleman finally showed up to help. I asked for the stroller and he briskly said they were out of stock and I wasn't the only person wanting it. After asking him more questions (he wasn't very helpful in trying to make a sale), i finally had enough. This gentleman was rude, brisk and didn't care about helping a customer. I needed other baby items, but decided to take my business elsewhere.

My hubby and I did not have a great experience, we went in and headed towards the baby area where we were looking for a change table pad (back corner of the store). No one greeted us or asked if we needed help, and while we were picking one out we noticed another customer heading into the back bathroom with some merchandise and a backpack. When she came out (we were still picking out a table pad and cover) she didn't have any of the merchandise anymore. My assumption was that she put it into her bag and walked out with it. I definitely am aware that someone shoplifting isn't the stores fault, but it dosen't make for a pleasant experience. Once we headed to the till with our items the cashier was very brisk and borderline rude about ringing us through, got the impression he didn't want to be there. We did get what we were looking for which is great, but the entire experience was less then great in the store.

I was looking for an item that was recently advertised in a Toysrus flyer. The website indicated that the item i was interested in was not in stock at our local store. I decided to purchase the item online. The flyer indicated there was no delivery charge for items over 35.00. When i went to pay for my purchase i noticed a delivery charge was included in my total bill. I opted to speak to the online chat assistant to find out why i was being charged for delivery. I was told that because i lived in a rural/remote area, a delivery charge was required. I said i live in a major Canadian city which contained a Toysrus retail store, but the item was out of stock in the store. The online chat assistant spoke to her manager and said there was nothing they could do for me. I then called our local store to see if they would order it in for me. The customer service agent checked and said they did have the product in stock and did not know why the website indicated they didn't. I was able to pick the item up in the store.
