I just wanted to share my shopping experience at the Baby's r Us store in St Catharine's. I have been attempting to purchase a stroller for my daughter who lives in Tofino BC. It was impossible to navigate the purchase. I attended the store here and was assisted by two employees, (Sheri & Lara) Their expertise and assistance was exceptional. They found the product and it was ordered without incident. If every store had employees such as these, the retail experience would be enjoyable. Helpful staff that are great at assisting with the baby registry.
The manager Jill and her staff are wonderful! There was an issue with a jogger travel system we purchased from our registry, and Jill and the team were a huge help ensuring we could get an exchange for the travel system! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable on the products they supply, and always provide prompt service at checkout as well!
I am truly grateful to Crystal from Babies R Us in St. Catharines for helping me make a purchase through the Baby Registry. I was having a difficult time making the purchase on line. She was extremely pleasant and patient, taking the time to make sure the items listed were available. Can't thank her enough! It's refreshing to deal with someone nice especially these days! One stop shopping for all your toys
Excellent customer service!! Had an issue with a gift card..the balance was strangely 'lost'. Called the St. Catharines store (After the Dorval location would do nothing to help me) and Kim the manager looked into right away. She was very friendly on the phone and got back to me within an hour having fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier. What a great manager she us.
Awesome staff! Kimberly and her crew were terrific. So helpful - an expert witness of my case of an online, overseas toy maker of hand made toys, who is trying to rip me off for CAD 138. Staff are very welcoming and polite. Everything very, very clean.
Incredible help from curb side staff! Especially Miss Mary!! She was phenomenal in helping me! She made sure I had gotten my item on sale and for Christmas since my online order kept getting cancelled!! Her and her 1 co-worker who also pitched in on the help were amazing!! Thanks so so much!!
