I went to buy a toy for my son but forgot my wallet at home the manager named John at this Toys R Us location was so helpful that he put my toy on hold. I was able to return back and get my toy for my kid who was very happy thanks to John the manager at this Stoney Creek Toys R Us location.

When I think about shopping I really care about my experience in a store. The customer focus and help I received was absolutely amazing. I was in for my 4 year old boy buying him Disney cars. They really helped me out especially John. One of the managers there that is knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed it. This was my second time in that store, know I have made it my only store to shop. Thanks so much! Toys us centennial parkway.
Customer service and this location was superb. I had to return a car seat and exchange for another one. Nothing wrong with it just was not the right one. Jon greeted me at the door and was really helpful and directed me to customer service. Miranda and team were amazing on refunding the product and getting me the right one. Thank you for great customer service. The staff here are all very friendly and with a great vibe.
Amazing service!! Staff were so friendly. We were greeted at the door and offered a sanitized cart. We we offered help by store Associates and easily found some great gifts. At the end of our experience a gentleman named John helped us to the car and thanked us for shopping. It was a really personal feeling and at a big box store it’s amazing how much they go above and beyond to offer exceptional experience
Although I live closer to another location, the Centennial location is by far the best Toys R Us I’ve been to! The customer service is top notch and consistent. I ordered a nursery dresser that was out of stock online and in store. The manager helped me with a special order and the dresser arrived which sooner than expected. In addition, the store followed up with me to let me know they were holding it for me. Most recently, I received excellent care from Anna in the babies department. When she saw my hands full, she brought me a cart which she re-sanitized and helped me size a pack n play mattress with a model on the floor. It is refreshing to experience great customer care, especially this past year!
Thank you for a great shopping experience today! The store was clean, neat and well organized and the staff were very helpful. My compliments, especially, to Dillon who was greeting customers at the door when we arrived. He was friendly and welcoming and truly seemed to love doing his job. I wish all stores had employees like him. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience!
My husband and I recently visited this location to look for a glider for our nursery and check out some other baby items. We're expecting our first baby so it's all new to us. We received excellent customer service here! Linda in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the gliders and travel systems and had lots of helpful tips for us. She's truly the type of employee that any employer could ask for! Also, a special mention to Vince who went above and beyond assisting us with our glider purchase as well. Really nice store and employees...I'm sure we'll be back lots over the coming months!
Great experience! Very welcoming place to shop. The staff were very helpful. When my friend was making a return, one of the staff came outside to help her carry it in without being asked. While shopping, the same staff member had the whole store wish another shopper a happy birthday. Just a very positive place to be which is really nice considering many places have become a tense experience due to covid. Oh and their selection of products seems to be better than the babiesrus across from Limeridge! Shoutout to John! Thanks for your help.
