I must congratulate this store for their work before and during the pandemic. Everytime I ordered an item, I receive in time with no issue. It is as if the pandemic didnt affect their store operation ( others using pandemic as an excuse for long pickup hrs). I ordered a swing for my son using the doordash option and i got it within 2hrs. So thank you and keep it up.

We had an excellent experience with the baby's department customer service (whose name I didn't get, but she helped me get felt hangers) and one of the customer service reps named Debbie. They were both warm, friendly, competent, and helpful. Thank you to you both.
A big thank you to Ezilda at the Toys r Us store at West Drive Brampton for the amazing customer service. We were looking for a video game that was not on the shelf. Instead of just telling us it not in the store,which has happened in past experience, she went in the back and diligently searched until she found one. You made my son's day. A young lady named Debbie helped me over the phone yesterday.. She was patient and very helpful she found all the toys I wanted and gave me recommendations on more. I called back to ask for her many times she was always happy to help me very good service from her.. Debbie was kind in person even when I was asking for more toys and she brought me things my kids loved I will be asking for her when I shop here
I called to buy last minute items for my newborn when they were closed and was helped by Debbie. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about what I need and should have for when he comes home. I bought everything she suggested and she is very nice everytime I ask for her. I will be coming back here many times in the future for my baby!
Great customer service! Spoke to Debbie to try and find a shirt for my son and the call dropped, she was nice enough to call back to let me know it was out of stock.
