forgot my plate when I traded my vehicle and the sales guy CJ can't get my plate back. i tried reaching out to sales managers we dealt with (Raymond and other sales manager through email) but to no avail. PLEASE, just be cautious before you sign the final paperworks to seal the deal. make sure you got yourself covered. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST HELPING OUT AFTER SALE Is done. their work is done apparently. HAD A CHAT WITH Chris ( one of the managers I’m assuming)- great guy! Hopefully be able to pickup GO AUTO card to get a new plate as agreed over a phone conversation. I truly appreciate the effort I hope we can start a clean slate here. Thank you for looking after a client .

Six star service. I purchased a vehicle with the help of Nav and Cody. Both were very fair and excellent to deal with. I had a minor issue with my vehicle that Cody had fixed THE NEXT DAY while coordinating with the assistant service manager Kim whom is very professional. They function like a well oiled machine. My finance experience with Taylor was pleasant too. I am not a bot. I am not a cat. I am a satisfied customer who will return. Highly recommend dealing with any of the four named above if you can.

Super convenient location staffed by amazing people. I came to Toyota on the Trail recently to buy a new battery for my Camry and the staff were great. They had the Toyota Genuine battery in stock and even recycled my old one for me. No core charge and over 50 cheaper than a batter from Canadian Tire. Hard to beat the two year warranty. I’ll happily return in the future.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy a used car here. very poor quality of service. 2 weeks ago I bought used Ram 1500 Sport here. Now I so disappointed with this car. I chose this dealership because I thought I could trust them. I'm not a mechanic. First time when I went to Toyota on the Trail I thought I will get fully inspected and ready to go my car, also I paid extra 1400 for undercoating. In returning I got some s***. The undercoating was done so horribly (They applied this paint on top of the mud), Also my wheels need immediate replacement. And even though this problems, I got many, many bad things that I could never have imagined
