I don’t typically write reviews, because I just don’t care to. I contacted several junkyards in my proximity expecting to get taken advantage of. Only one conducted themselves like they were a business that actually cared. I wish I were exaggerating, but it was a sad string of phone calls. Towing and Scrap Car Removal Richmond Hill not only was thorough, well organized, accommodating, readily available, & able to coordinate between all parties involved, but they actually gave me more money for my vehicle than we initially, verbally agreed upon. They made me feel like a human being talking to another human being. I will definitely refer this business to other people I know. I hope I can always get a trade-in offer for my old used cars at a dealership. But now, instead of just accepting their offer, I will definitely consider Towing and Scrap Car Removal Richmond Hill regardless of whether I’m driving a lemon or not.

Great customer service, they were SUPER helpful and made the entire process stress free! This was my first time getting rid of a car and I was nervous, but everything went very smoothly. Scheduled my pickup a week ahead so that I would have my new car, they came and picked up my car, gave me an E-transfer and was on their way after 30 minutes. Would recommend to my friends/family. The representative was extremely helpful and told me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions or concerns. I am very pleased!

I highly recommend this company if you have a junk car you need to get rid of. I had a car that was in a roll over wreck and Towing and scrap car Richmond Hill offered the most out of all the places near me and they honored their offer. The process was quick and easy. I called, was given an offer and received a call that same day from the tow company to arrange pick up.
