Horrible builder, probably the worst in the GTA. Save yourselves the headache and do not buy from them. Made the mistake of buying from them and will never again. I have dealt with a lot of different builders and never had issues but by far, they are the worst. Horrible customer service and Frank at their sales Centre is a complete A-hole. Avoid this builder if you can.
Haven't been in yet but from what I saw the whole lots nvr should have been built. The new subdivision totally ruined the small town feel of Tottenham. These buildings were built on a high risk flood area as well when under construction, they allowed plastic covers for the building to float around every and hence the reason for the higher than normal garbage in that area. This new subdivision has also brought more high traffic and rude city drivers.

Worst builder ever.. horrible customer service. Its like a revoloving door of people and customer service agents. Noone knows how to do their job. I would never buy a house from them again.
