It was truly a pleasure to Meet with Dr. Avery. She is such a kind, welcoming, caring and understanding Doctor and really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Avery is very thorough and really listens to the questions and concerns you have. She then explains to you what would need to do to address and correct your concerns without having to resort to any medication. Her clinic is very welcoming and warm, it makes you feel like your in a good place in good hands and not an ordinary standard doctors office. I would definitely be seeing Dr. Avery again! I would highly recommend her to others! Amazing place check out if you really want to improve your overall health and wellness in a way without medications!

I am so happy with Dr Avery and Anna. I am amazed by the results I have had following their program. For twenty years I tried so many different diets and spent so much money. I had given up on losing weight. Fortunately I was referred by a GP at my medical clinic and it has been life changing. It is easy to follow and lots of support. I feel so much better! Absolutely enjoyed my appointment Dr. Avery. Stalled in my weight loss journey and very frustrated. Dr. Avery identified a hormonal issue and referred me to the correct clinic. Also gave me advise to change a few things I was doing. Happy to say I am feeling amazing and have broken my stall.
