Owen and his team have been top notch since I very first contacted them to when the final dock installation was complete. They gave me sound advice on what I needed based on the lake, they didn't over recommend more than what I needed, their quotation was detailed and competitive and their communication was excellent all the way through. What made it all even better was their installation crew (Joey and Brian) who showed up early, were very polite and courteous, explained the process, worked very hard all day, were precise and made sure I was happy with the final work and product...which I am. Thank you Dock Spot and your team. I will recommend you to everyone in the Halliburton area and beyond.

Excellent service! I ordered a dock after the Halliburton Home Show this year. The staff at the Dock Spot were very accommodating through the entire process. Karen was great to deal with. When Owen and Ryan arrived yesterday to install the dock they were very professional, personable and efficient in getting the dock down river and installed. Thank you so much for the great product and service!

So. After years of being a loyal customer (having the dock put in and taken out annually) I phoned to pay my yearly invoice and to let them know two things. 1- that I have a new piece added to the dock for this fall and 2- a concern that one of the pins was missing where the ramp joins the main dock causing the ramp to give way and for me to almost fall in the lake. No big deal but I just wanted them to know that happened. Their response; “Sorry to do this to you. Owen has decided that since you are the only one on the lake now, and that you are so far from our shop that he doesn’t want to offer the service anymore.” No acknowledgement of my concern, no heads up that this was a possibility because I was now the only customer on my particular lake just a cold goodbye. I write this for your consideration should you be choosing between dock companies. There is a way to do business and treat customers and this was certainly an example of what not to do.
