Always an excellent experience, what stands out at Torrid are the amazing staff. Ever vigilant to help each and every shopper find their fits. Sales that Torrid have are great too, with huge savings almost everywhere. We make this a must-stop every time we visit the Masonville Mall. You should too. You certainly won't be disappointed. Stacey, store manager, is usual around too to help with any logistical issues. Great work keeping many women happy in great styles!

Our first visit to this store yesterday. Andrea our sales person was totally awesome. Pleasant, friendly and went out of her way to help my daughter. Store is under covid restrictions and it took a while to enter but great lay out. Lots of choices in clothing. We will be back!

I have spent an outrageous amount of money at this store over the years, because they have the best plus size clothing collection. I truly love the store, because there is constantly sales and the clothing lasts. That being said, I have knocked off a couple stars... for the same reason that the review prior to mine gave a bad review (despite not being affiliated with that review/ person). I was at this store last week and decided to slip my arm into a jacket, because I was worried my very thick arms wouldn't fit. I am aware that the dressing rooms are closed, but my skin was fully covered and I was certain I would buy the item. I had the full intention of likely buying the 120 jacket and I didn't see how my clothed arm sliding into the sleeve would really somehow contaminate a jacket that hundreds of people have touched on the rack (considering every other store allows you to try clothes on, and this store even allows returns from peoples home??)!!! I ended up being yelled to loudly, from someone that was about 15 feet away from me. Everyone looked at me and I was MORTIFIED. I apologized, and kept my cool on the outside as I began having a panic attack on the inside from the embarrassment I felt for being yelled at in front of others. How hard would it have been for her to come over to me and mention that they would appreciate if people didn't do that? I know I will return, because lets face it... us fat girls don't have many options. But, I really hope the next experience is more pleasant, because I don't think my 4 items were worth me having to escape the mall to have a panic attack in my car. I have had excellent experiences in the past with the staff here, but I really hope that yous take these reviews seriously, because I definitely would not return if I was spoken to like that, again.

This is a great store to go shopping in, The staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable and also they are willing to help. There is lots of great deals in this store as they always have great sales. There is lots of free parking available outside the Masonville place mall.

Have been trying to order from online for days but site keeps changing my postal code , will not accept the one I am entering by now the items I want are out of stock , waste of time will not be trying again

Stacie the store manager is beyond rude. When my friend tried on a jacket, instead of politely letting her know due to covid she can not do that she was very abrasive and condescending (please note we were told the change rooms were closed not that we couldn't try on a jacket, i am not sure what the difference is to touch a jacket versus try it on due to covid but I guess Stacie AKA Dr Tam knows more on that) and then she made a big production and proceeded to walk to the door to talk about it in a loud voice with a co worker there (and a long line up of people) and then after that she immediately went to her co worker at the register as well and was making derogatory comments about my friend. She is extremely unprofessional. This store is way overpriced for customer service like that and even the sales look like two years ago selections. Avoid Stacie with the green hair at all costs. Also, a better customer experience would be to hire staff and store managers that can actually fit into the store clothing since Stacie is definitely not a size 10 and up.
