I've been working with Zyad for a few weeks now and have already seen gains in muscle, strength, endurance and overall fitness. He's a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who gives his full attention to you during the session. He's also mindful of your particular needs and issues and tailors the program around them. And he doesn't let you phone it in - he'll push you beyond what you think your limits are. I look forward to many more weeks and months of working with him. I highly recommend him.

Zyad is an excellent trainer. Very knowledgeable and pushed me to my maximum limit while helping me to understand why we were doing specific workouts and targeting certain muscles. I gained a significant amount of muscle mass training with him. He is very patient but also disciplined and ensures that you stay on track as a client and receive the full benefits of personal training. Highly recommended.
