This was a very accurate way to collect a reference. I was able to share information about the candidate and not just answer Yes and No questions. I enjoyed being able to share the skills and promote the candidate as best I could.

I just used Xref Canada to do a reference for a former colleague. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very well organized right from the get-go. They outline what to expect and how the document will be presented for you once you consent with how the data will be shared etc. You begin filling out the reference form and let may tell you this is done in a very systematic way so you are done before you know it. Well done Xref.
First time using Xref and I'm impressed. Very easy to navigate, time efficient and I believe gets the message across.

Easy to use, I got to do the reference for a former employee on my own time. Since it’s online nothing I say can be missed or not taken properly. Will look to use for myself in the future.
