Not very impressed. We struggled to get any of the services we requested and kept getting sent to different people. My son participated in a few surveys for which he did not receive the promised compensation. The resume they helped him make was terrible. My daughter had to rewrite it for him. We finally moved on and got the help we needed elsewhere without delay. This place cost us 5 months though.

I could have saved myself a lot of grief and time if I saw the reviews of this place a few days ago. Even the few good reviews seem suspicious. I'm pretty sure the staff have no interest in or intention to doing any work. Sadly I am beginning to believe that all the agencies that claim to offer assistance to the disabled and poor are just there to help themselves. As someone who has no family I really need help...I have never blamed anyone for my situation. When I was told that there were agencies that could help me live a meaningful and fulfilling life I believed that. If I had any idea of the poor quality of life I had ahead of me I would have offed myself decades ago. Who am I to expect anyone to do the job that taxpayers pay them to do.
Terrible experience as an employer (client). Their staff regularly would offer employment elsewhere to our own employees. Conflict of interest.
Sir you are doing good job for socity .
Probably the worst employment service center I ever been to. Went there during work hours and nobody was available to help. All staff were in a room and something like party was going on. When I inquired about booking an appointment, one of the staff said \ We have client appreciation party every year this time. Come and join the party.\ It turned out that she had LIED and it WAS NOT CLIENT APPRECIATION PARTY but the birthday party of one of the staff members and they handed us pencils and scrap papers to write our happy birthday wishes for her on it and then they collected and read them out loud. Keep in mind that this center is government funded and they get PAID FOR HAVING BIRTHDAY PARTY IN WORK PLACE!!! I had no intention of spending time in the party so I left and came back later in the afternoon. After an hour of Q&A, the counselor, Her name was Mooshmi or something like that, said she would keep me updated. From that day I started receiving a welter of irrelevant info and job postings 100% opposite of my short term and long term goals and plans that I discussed per first session. She kept sending me Restaurants Dishwasher positions !!! No body needs help of these fools and parasites to get a dishwasher position. As a matter of fact, most dishwashers in the city do \moonlight jobs\ if you know what that means. The rest of the emails were basically JUNK MAIL!!! not even remotely custom-tailored according to my needs, basically, some sort of generic emails that I assume they send to about anyone. Don't waste your time waiting to get any help from here. THESE FOLKS DONT DESERVE THE WELL PAID positions they have for idling in their comfy chairs and killing time...
