We are the coordinating body in Canada for the World Day of Prayer and The Fellowship of the Least Coin. The Council respects diversity; fosters connections between church and society; creates opportunities for communication, education, advocacy and theological critique; and encourages expressions of spirituality rooted in women's experiences. Our organization operates on the principle of informed prayer and prayerful action. Through our major programs, donations, bequests and support from our denominational partners, WICC is able to offer grants annually to projects within Canada and internationally that benefit women and children.
