I ordered a scarf online on November 29. After a week, I checked the status of my shipment, and it showed that it had been in Illinois for a week. I sent an email to Winterborn asking for status, and did not get a response initially. I persisted, and eventually got a response. They found out the package had been lost, and offered a refund. I indicated that they should do better than that. They then rushed another scarf to me express - I got it two days before Christmas. My girlfriend loves it! Very good quality.

I have about 70 scarves, I consider myself a bit of an aficionado. I bought 2 of these scarves at a Christmas market about 3 years ago, I have never bought another brand of scarf again. I buy these as gifts, I buy these for myself and I have even bought a few teddy bears to put in my cabin. Pure quality excellent price, and now I see they offer free shipping. AAA
