In my experience its as good as who you get on the phone at the time, which in my experience is a 40/60 chance. I hope that behind the scenes the animals are not experiencing the same odds. I have also seen on some sites when you see so many 5 star comments these can be easily made by the organizations own PR team. I say this because I have seen sites that have had a lot of bad reviews and then later on it is saturated with 5 star reviews. So its either they have improved or they are posting their own PR comments incognito. They have left me questioning the integrity of their management. You have to give at one star in order to post - so for now I am only giving one. If only the vulnerable voiceless animals could speak. Thank you to the 40% kind souls I have encountered - and you know where you 60% can go - someone is watching you.

Kind, caring and compassionate individuals. Left a little bird I found injured yesterday, right before the storm. Took it home for the night to shelter it from the storm and this morning handed it to the girls at Downsview location. Cathy and Alexa, thank you for taking care of this little creature.
