Watermart just did my 2021 filter change and did a great job for me again this year. They gave me a call to remind me I was due for service, were on time, their technician had a face mask on when he arrived, and also used surgical gloves and food-grade peroxide to make sure my system was cleaned and sterilized. The technician was also a friendly guy and very professional. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. Donna on the phone was very friendly, answered all my questions and gave me an exact quote for everything so there were no surprises. Samir the tech was right on time, was very courteous and left the area very clean and tidy. The installation itself looks great, everything is very neat.
I have been a Watermart customer for 2 years now and I am very happy with my filter system. It is such a big difference to have clean and pure drinking water at home. Every year Zia has been servicing my filter system, he is very professional, polite and does a great job. I would highly recommend Watermart if you are looking to install a water filtration system.
I heard about Watermart from one of our friends and I did contact them to get more details about a reverse osmosis system. Very knowledgeable, Donna explained all the details and had patience to listen to my needs and on my second call Dave recommended what would work in my case. George came in to install the system, it was a pleasure to deal with him, he worked through the challenges on site and did an excellent job. I'm so impressed with the taste of the water! All in all a well done job!
Talk to Watermart first if your interested in anything to do with water filtration. Had a great experience from start to finish, thanks to all the staff Dave, Donna-Maria, Ron & Allison that made it a hassle free experience. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for when its all said and done. I continue to use and have Watermart service my installed system as they contact me in a timely manner to let me know that filters need to be changed for best results. The service technician have always kept to the date and time agreed to and do a thorough job removing, sanitizing, replacing filter and cleaning up any debris or water spills.
