Loved, loved, loved everything about this place! Delicious everything, great staff, lovely location! Perfect for a dinner date, as well as for larger groups! Cannot wait to go back, so I can try more of their dishes! Great wine collection!
Was there for a dinner with work. Supposed to be our holiday party. The service was good. The waiters were smiling and courteous. The food was very amazing. Well prepared nice display and delicious. The only reason I will put 4 stars is because of the seating. This was a 30 people and we had 3 tables of 12 seating. We were Mix with the clientele that was dinning there. We were loud and took a lot of space. I can only imagine how annoyed these people might have been.
Went for winterlicious 2020 dinner. It was a wonderful experience. I tried three restaurants this time and this one was my favourite. The food was really really good! Each course was tasting good. Good portion size as well. Our server was super nice and really friendly. We had a great time! Highly recommended!
I had the rack of lamb. The cook was great and the flavours we're spot on.
Want to have some great seafood, this is the place. We had grilled Moroccan octopus, grilled calamari, an amazing grilled cheese a very popular ask on the menu (enjoy the video attached), fisherman’s stew, grilled Mediterranean Sea bass and red snapper. Amazing ambience and good options for wine. If you need cocktails which is off the menu, but you can call for it and it can be custom made.

I don't purport to know authentic Greek food by any means. The only time I was in contact with what I believe was authentic Greek food was during my 2 week vacation in Greece, where I had Greek salads with chunks of feta instead of the measly pieces that they usually come with in American (and Canadian) restaurants, where the meat was fresh and smelled like the farms where they kept goats and barnyard animals, and where the fish tasted like the volcanic ash-spilled Aegean seawater. Don't get me wrong, the food at Volos was amazing: the salad tasted good, my sister's dolmades were flavourful, and my lamb shanks were fall-off-the-bone well-done. The flavours were mostly there but there was something missing. And the service could certainly be improved upon.
