The dispatcher was great at keeping me update through text. I knew that the crew was stuck in traffic due to the weather. The crew was late, but everything was still moved in my 2 hour window that I had rented the elevator for, which was awesome. The crew made an effort to load with care

CV-19 precautions were taken (masks were worn). The two movers who came were great. I had a few really heavy and awkward items that had to go up 3 flights of stairs and they did it like pros. Well worth it!
