I brought my iPhone in for a damaged charging port. The technician told me that it was a very small problem and I could wait for it. He returned 5 min later and the phone was working again. I was preparing to pay when he told me he would not charge me anything for such a small job! Wow! What an honest and friendly young man! I am so appreciative and impressed at the service and professionalism from the staff at this location. I would definitely recommend their services and would absolutely return again if I need any repairs in the future. Thank you again for your honesty and integrity!

They were nice to deal with but they make claims that they can’t back up. They told me today that they use the same screen that Apple uses (OEM) but I opened the phone up and not only was it missing SCREWS after the repair, but it was a cheap knock-off screen that you can just get on Amazon for 33!! I spent 135 on this!! This is going to be a major hit on the resale value now. Next time I will just bring it to Apple. Lesson learned.
I brought in my phone, and the team was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Initially I was told the standard turnaround time would be 2 days, which was more than reasonable, but I actually got a call later that afternoon and my phone was completely repaired within 3.5 hours! I was thrilled with the service! I hope to not have to go back, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands!
Really great experience. Got my Google Pixel fixed here. My phone was on an infinite reboot loop and Google Pixel website recommended this company. They took my phone for and checked it. Turns it the button was stuck and they didn't charge me anything. I like how honest they were! Will come back if I have other issues with my electronics.
Best electronics repair in GTA!!! Very professional yet friendly service from Tyler. He gave me an idea of some things he could troubleshoot and called me the same day with his full assessment. Unfortunately my Kobo was to outdated too get parts for. But there was no charge at all for the diagnostics or time spent on it!
