Cannot be any happier with the level of outstanding customer service I received here. Everything from the emails, to making calls and eventually coming in. Meagan and her colleague were very informative and supportive from the moment I spoke to them. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their patients. I came in with a smile and left with a smile. Its really hard to come across such amazing customer service these days and credit must be paid when it is due. Thank you "Better by Tweed"! I will be recommending you guys to anybody that is ever looking for an A medical information center.

So far in terms of registration and shipment it has been quick (took 3 days from registering to receiving my package). I would love to give them a 5 star rating but I have been having issues communicating via email with my questions not being properly answered.. I guess that's what the phone line is for? Regardless, I am a CBD user more than THC and for their CBD bud it's actually very nice quality compared to most other brands.
Placed an order TWO DAYS AGO, well before 3 I might add, and it still hasn’t shipped. I called customer service and the agent could not have cared less, they’re solution was “welp, sorry, there is nothing I can do to help you, you just have to wait.” Fortunately I don’t have to order from them anymore as I have other distributors and I won’t use Spectrum/Tweed any longer.
Ive been a patient for just over one year, placing orders have been seamless, one problem is that there are no buttons for specific parking instructions as I prefer my orders to be packed in separate 5gram jar increments when I order more than 5grams at a time, also its too long of a wait when my fav strain in not in stock, as when I was dependant on big pharma for my sleep meds they at the pharmacy never ran out. Please do better to keep strains in stock. Thank you.
Placed an order for my medication a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. When on the phone with a customer care personnel yesterday I was told it will ship by the end of the day. Still haven't received a shipping e mail. Called back today, and like yesterday the customer representative was rude over the phone. When asked what kind of compensation i will receive to keep me as a returning customer, as even if this ships today that would be 10 days just to recieve my medication. She simply said there is nothing they can do (they won't even let you speak with management). So I replied with saying that I will be looking for a new supplier and she encouraged it over the phone. Which made me believe that they had zero care in the world for their customers. I have been looking into new suppliers and aphria, tilray, & med relief, all are seeming like top picks. I would highly recommend not using tweed. However before the switch over I never had any problems with bedrocan except for minor supply issues. But at least your product was in your hand in 2 days. I have tweed mainstreet to thank for my 10 days of excessive pain with the company not caring one bit.. .. thanks tweed! Not
Some great strains and oils but not enough inventory
Really not liking how they're changing everything and they sell out often and orders are taking longer to process and ship Used to love it but not so much anymore
