It was my first time at this place and I definitely would come back because of all the staff attention and care to the Covid rules. It seems to me that they not just care for the patients but for their employees too and that's a very good thing! Besides, I was called very quickly for my exams and both doctors that I talked was very attentive to my problems. A very good first impression for me!

This clinic does not deserve the poor reviews. I have been here 30 times for fertility monitoring so I'm speaking from great experience. The staff is kind and so caring. They remember personal details and always wish me good luck which means a lot. It's a shame that most people only get one encounter with them because they are without a doubt always busy. It's a small office that sees likely hundreds of people a week-- despite that, I find them to be very efficient. Don't let 40 reviews scare you.

After a stormy phone contact with the reception, being constantly cut off and not given consistent information (or even being listened to) I was able to schedule an appointment for almost a month away, regardless of urgency. I called a different company (Best Care at Dufferin and St. Clair) who scheduled me for the same day whilst giving me kind and respectful treatment. Stay away from this one and avoid headaches.

Low consideration for covid19 safe practices. I showed up for my appointment and at least 7 or 8 people were waiting in the waiting area. I had to wait for 15 minutes (passed my appointment) with all those patients in the same room. This is not safe during the pandemic considering that some of women visiting the clinic are pregnant. Plus, I had to hold my urine the entire time. They seem to be overbooked for pandemic situation. If they are booking so many patients for the same time slots they should consider multiple rooms. Very disappointed !
