We went there (Sept. 1/2020 evening) celebrated our son birthday and very satisfied with the meals and drinks, ambiance of patio and amazing service. We took the spot on roof top with a nice view. John Paulo/JP was our host and server, he delivered his best service to us. The foods were perfect, reasonably priced for food lover. Thank you for Martella family who recommended this resto to our son, much appreciated. Definitely will go back there and let other friends to have the same experience like we had here. 5 . We were a party of two tables of ten all family covid safety was provided and adhered. The staff especially Edwin. The food was superb and prompt. The wines were excellent and served generously. Tha appetizers delicious, and proper temperature. The salmon was fabulous and Chicken parm. Delicious ! Thanks to Alex and Ross for hosting and bringing us to a perfect evening in a wonderful restaurant many of us will return !

Restaurant has gone downhill, limited menu and not up to standards. For this price, go to Cibo. Bread was whole grain, are you kidding me! And sautéed mushrooms shouldn't be swimming in brown sauce. Waiter was hesitant when I asked if I could sample one one of their red wines. This is Yorkville, what happened to service! All the 3 wines we had by the glass were bad, seemed the bottles may have been open for a few days. My husband's seafood spaghetini had no taste in the broth, which was suppose to be a creamy sauce. I think the restaurant was way better 8 years ago, it could have been sold to someone else. Don't recommend it at all. Go to Sotto Sotto instead or Cibo instead.

The absolute BEST Italian in Toronto. Forget all your fancy places with who claim they know how to cook. Once you try the food here, you'll never go back. I'm a Google level 7 reviewer. I've been to hundreds of restaurants all over the world and reviewed quite a bit. I've had Italian food in Italy and was impressed by some places, disappointed by some. This is no gimmick, authentic, proper Italian food. Very strong basics, and very consistent because the chef's and the staff's been here for decades. Nobody leaves. They are the same people doing the same things for many many years. Just come and try. You'll see what I mean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
