Wow. You sitting for over a week waiting for the covid test results and checking the website - no results. You can not continue work, school, day care... You calling Toronto Public Health... Expect to stay on hold for hours and than somebody will jump on you and hang up no providing any results!!!! I hope Toronto Public Health is ecording the conversations\, so they can listen to the \lovely\ responses clients get.

How come the health board doesn't get the Scarborough Wal-Mart on Sheppard ave east to clean their bathrooms. The smell alone is over whelming just walking past the aisle down from the washrooms.Yet they are allowed to remain open.

I tried calling about the virus 19 And was on hold for three hours. I tried the next day was on hold for over three hours. How do they expect to help you When they don’t even answer. This government is terrible. If wanted advice but can’t get through. This is a major problem. People who may have it want help but can’t get through as No one answers the phone to give advice

This is by far the worst experience that I had at Toronto Public Health. Some of the staff here are extremely rude and so condescending considering that they are suppose to care for the overall well-being of the city. Stay away from this woman named Anne Arthur at the CDSU unit. She would listen on her staff to see what they are saying behind cubicles, and I witnessed this myself. This is so childish and inappropriate, staff deserve the respect that they deserve and you can't have managers having control over indirect bullying.
