We love Tondou Ramen. The ramen is excellent, the service is friendly and the vibe is fun. They often have interesting specials. My kid loves it so much she chose to have her birthday dinner there. Whenever I am on college Street I make sure to get a bowl.

I was attracted by the red flags hanging outside and decided to go in. Serving authentic ramen and Japanese food, Tondou also offers the fairly odd Matcha/Hojicha Sapparo (I taste no difference, it’s just a very subtle hint of tea with Sapparo) and chicken cartilage. I’ve tried the garlic oil ramen and loved it, if you’re not starving, I don’t suggest the large size bowl because you won’t finish. Service was friendly here but fairly slow. I asked to be seated inside on a rather chilly day and felt our waitress often forgot we were sitting in the corner. A few times I had to get up to wave someone down but other than that, it was a great dining experience.
This restaurant is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place. Whenever I feel like having a superb meal, this is the place that comes straight to my mind. splendid and all sorts of food and a rich menu.helpful team, and good atmosphere. Also, the charge is honest. I recommend this restaurant with great pleasure.
I was just driving around the neighbourhood and found the restaurant’s welcoming exterior. Ordered two spicy miso and it was ready so quick. The deep broth was so good and a onigiri I got as a sample was so delicious!! Definitely going back
A very authentic Japanese Ramen experience... the price (Groupon) and service is exceptional! I come here at least once a month.
