Tonality is the most wonderful little shop that goes above and beyond being a record store! They are a community staple. I’ve had the BEST customer service I think I’ve ever had here. The gentleman spent time on the phone with me helping me decide on a receiver, went out of his way to find the best bang for my buck (in his basement!), then after I purchased it he called and checked in with me a week later to make sure the sound was okay. I love this place!!

What a treat to browse this store. Their staff are fabulous and helpful and the selection is very good. I definitely recommend stopping by simply because it’s a lovely experience!
Brought my turntable in for servicing / repair, and could not recommend this place enough. Tino went the extra mile to make sure I got the best experience possible. I immediately got the impression he takes pride in his work, and is passionate about what he does. Thanks again guys!
Great little record pile. Small selection but highly curated, everything is carefully organized and labelled. Really nice owners too! You won’t be disappointed visiting this store.
Julian was super helpful and educated me on the wonderful world of vintage audio. He also helped me with a sweet setup that allowed me to stream music on vintage Electra amp. Love it here
