Great to have one of the few Timbuk2 retail stores in Toronto. It neatly displays all of their bag options without being cluttered. Their models have distinct features and it's easy to find a bag that's the right fit for your needs. I have many of their bags in my household - all bags are high quality and will last for years.

Well laid out store with attentive and informative staff. I had the chance to make use of the black Friday sale event. Even when not on sale these products are totally worth it especially if you like that technical, tec forward look.
Great service, I bought a bag for my little one
Sent them a message on Facebook to understand the difference between bags. Then I emailed the store directly about availability on a specific bag. Got a reply back quickly in both environments. Went down to the store to pick it up and was greeted and taken care of very quickly. Looking forward to using my new bag!
