I wish I could give Ali negative scores. He is good with vanilla projects but any hint of challenge and he loses his mind. When the city asked for further explanation and revisions, despite of my offer of paying him more, he acted as if he was doing me a favor and was extremely rude and basically left me hanging dry and by myself. Good thing there are other better hvac engineers than him who stepped in to fill his gap. Ali was very unprofessional and left a very bitter experience that I still remember after 2.5 years of dealing with him for my project. How you treat someone in despair is what defines you as a human. Otherwise you are just another person, you will never have a higher purpose.
