Sold my vintage classical guitar on consignment through 12th Fret and it was a great experience. Chris uncovered a tremendous amount of detail for the description and even I learned some very interesting new facts about the construction and style of my guitar. Top notch service and they were recommended to me by another high end guitar shop as the best place to deal with. Glad I chose them for my consignment.

I'm a newbie guitarist and I took my instrument here for a set-up. The folks working here were very honest with me, they did not try and coerce me into paying for unnecessary work on my instrument, which is always my fear with these type of things. It was difficult to get through to them by phone, when I emailed they got back to me in good time. This is definitely my go-to guitar shop now!

This music store is fantastic. I could have changed strings on my old guitar here for half what I paid at a Thorold store. Also that could be done while waiting, not left for over 3 days. I will certainly bring my newer guitar here, forget Thorold.
