I never ever write reviews.. but I just HAD to. We purchased our first Christmas tree today as a couple as well as at this location. The service was AMAZING. The 2 gentlemen working made our experience so joyful and they were so helpful and patient. It is so nice to see that even during tough times, there are still kind people in this world. If you need ANY size, style, colour of Christmas tree… THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Thank you for your kind service today & we WILL be back next year also recommending all of our friends to come visit this location. THANK YOU & Happy Holidays! (11/29/20)

I bought a 6ft tree for 120 (double the price of last year) on December 8. The tree did not last to the New Year. In just three weeks, the branches dropped, and the needles dried out and browned. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Picked up a very nice 6ft tree today! Looks lovely already and it’s not even decorated yet! The guy who was working was so nice and friendly and gave us loads of advice as this is our first real tree. Would definitely recommend this place if you live in the east end!

I was a little skeptical when I order a “Platinum” tree lol but the Real Tree certainly did deliver. Like they literally delivered me a tree a tree beyond my expectations. I opened it up and it exploded into a massive thick perfect beautiful tree. And the SCENT!!! Hello Christmas all over my house. I’ve been standing here looking at my tree for an hour and I’m still in awe. You can’t even see through the tree at all it’s so bushy. I’m in love. Merry Christmas Real Tree.
