If your looking to join the Ontario police force, IGI would be a good way to start. They work with a lot of POLICE and you will learn so much while your on the job. They have the best supervisor named ANDRE MATTHEW. He is so good, he cares about everyone and is always there to help you. Andre wants too see everyone accomplish their goals. He's the true definition of a good boss (leader). Andre is understanding, caring, kind, honest, respectful patient and helpful. He doesn't make you do anything against your will. Andre will always show up to your work site to check up on you and provide you with all the necessary skills needed, he will also give you a bit of advice and show you how the job is done. He plans events for everyone (security & loss prevention security)to come together, get to know one another and have fun. If you're interested in this job I strongly suggest you go through ANDRE MATTHEW or ask for him. He will protect you and make sure your always happy on and off the job.

Andre Matthews is a really good supervisor/trainer and looks out for the best interest of his employees. I worked there for 6 months and he really helped me develop my skills as a loss prevention specialist to the point that I was making numerous of arrest on a daily basis. I really got a lot of experience working here and the only downside is the travelling and you get your schedule on a weekly basis.

I can honestly say that I feel fortunate to have been able to work for the investigators group. The amount of experience, advisement, and skill that you receive-that is essential or your future- is unlike any other I’ve obtained from any other corporation. The job itself was enjoyable due to the great environment and the staff who ensured that employees were properly trained and had clarity in their respective role(s). The most impactful factor to my enjoyment of this job was my supervisor at the time, Andre Matthew. He always made sure I was well equipped to do my duty on site and never failed to answer any questions I needed. He is a genuine, hard-working man and even though I am no longer with the company, he still keeps in touch with me and without hesitation assists me in my future endeavours. Therefore I would say he’s more of a mentor to me which I believe is the best relationship a supervisor could have with those they look over to foster unity and the most respect in the work-place.
