What i notice is with Covid most restaurants dropped in quality but not Halal Guys. I ordered the chicken & gyro patter and i will definitely order again. Everything about the platter was fresh.

You guys should seriously work on your portion and quality. Taste, Quality, quantity is totally different compare to New York. By using large containers you also need to provide large portion. Paying 15 is not worth. Best thing is the whole meal was the white sauce and the bread.
Usually full of people and sometimes there's a line up outside the door. Since the food is cooked already, the wait isn't too long. Flavor of the food is consistent, chicken and gyro combo is my usual to order and the taste of the food never disappoints. However, the portion sizes of the food is inconsistent, I've gotten different portion sizes at different times when ordering, even though I'm paying the same price. Baklava is overly sweet for me, but texture and flavor is good omit the sweetness. They also removed the student discount as well.
The food was horrible. The chicken was super dry and the rice was not even cooked properly. It is not worth the price for a small container of a meal. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone.
I got the Falafel wrap and while the flavour was decent it was a little difficult to eat with the amount of toppings stuffed in. The wait time is quick with most items pre-cooked. Overall Halal Guys wouldn’t be my first choice but stacks decently against other staple middle-eastern fast food spots in the city.
