We've all got enough to handle with Covid, so being invaded by rodents was one problem too many. We called a local company but they did very little and seemed disinterested. Then we called The Exterminators. Total difference. Within hours, Logan was here assessing, helping, explaining and reassuring. They fit us into their schedule to start almost immediately and we have a plan in place. We feel so much better. Expect another review when the work is completed, but so far--speed, customer service, diligence, professionalism--all at a 10.

Great company and service! After toasting a mouse along with my kids waffles the Exterminators were highly recommended from friends. We called them to come in to assist inside our home and to help seal holes outside to prevent any re-entry. They were quick to arrange a visit and information provided was clear. They were also patient and knowledgeable to answer all our questions! Highly recommend!
The Exterminators was professional right from the start. They heard about our situation concerning a possible rodent infestation in our backyard and Simon immediately sent someone out to conduct a thorough inspection. The exterminators were honest about what was necessary to get done to help mouse proof our house and yard and what we could do without. We agreed to the services which occurred promptly after the inspection. Best of all, their services do come with a warranty and Simon and his team have called to conduct monthly check ins to make sure we are still satisfied. They are clearly dedicated and are very much about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this organization.
The Exterminators got the mouse job done quickly with no hassles and were competitively priced. They were so great, we used them again to get the squirrel out of our attic! Working with Simon throughout the process was better than expected. He walked me through the process of what to expect during the inspection and for the actual work. Logan was the mouse guy. He took the time to explain the mouse life cycle, what to look for when tracking mice, how the bait works, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Logan was very professional and had a clear passion for the job. Chris and Richard were the squirrel guys. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and worked safely during the winter (it was lightly snowing during the roof work). They took the time to explain our options with the applicable pros and cons. TLDR: Good work and good price. Easy scheduling. The job got done as expected. I had a great experience.
