Zack did a great job! gave a quote over the phone and along with a date and time he would arrive and he was on time - when he came to fix the problem he ran into some challenges and it took a lot longer than he estimated for what was supposed to be a basic kitchen drain clean but he stuck to his quote - Thanks Zack I will differently use your again, although I hope I don't have to :)
