the sales there are really really rude and not professional! They should be trained again. Almost the worst customer service I ever had. The sales girls there should go and get some education before they go to work.

The employees here are not doing a good job at informing customers that they are not allowed to swatch/try the cosmetics on their skin. There are a couple of signs posted up around the store that are extremely elevated and typed up in small font that advise customers not to try the cosmetics on their skin. Most people would not be able to see the signs. I noted employees who saw people trying cosmetics on their skin and did not advise them to stop immediately. The store should work on either training their employees to advise customers not to sample at the door, or they should remove or seal the samples shut (other cosmetics stores have done this). I would have expected this store to keep up their cleanliness standards during such critical times. I would tell people to avoid this store until they are able to meet proper standards.

Amazing customer service and extremely good value products. A lot of the items are discontinued lines but they have some good options in well known brands such as Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, MAC, Clinique. Mixture of perfumes, cosmetics and brushes.
