Pictured here is a silver pen I inherited from my grandfather. It's of pretty great sentimental value to me and I used it often, until it was dropped and stepped on. I went a year being told it could not be reasonably restored to working condition. I called The Beadery believing I would be told the same, but it was taken from me the same day, and restored to working condition within a month. I am sure that the amount of time, skill, and energy that went into its restoration exceeded the cost I paid. So happy to have it back and working, thank you The Beadery!

He patiently answered all of my questions and took the utmost care in re-sizing and cleaning my ring! It looks and feels absolutely perfect. I ended up picking up a pair of custom earrings that he and the woman, who was also an amazing support, personalized for me on the spot. The earrings feel like me!
