The Bay has a great selection and decent prices.. When you go in person. With that out of the way let me tell you the archaic third world online ordering service you'll get at the bay. I ordered about 8 items online on sale, paid extra for next day shipping, little did I know most of these items were shipped seperatly through a third party shipping company (Purolator) since I was not at home during work hours (busy at work) they took all 8 items which all had different tracking numbers, to a pick up location as far as possible from my home, none of the items were shipped next day. And then I had to locate and redirect all items to a closer location, thus defeating the purpose of delivery, I realize Purolator was also at fault, but I Recieved neither a reply or any help from the bay, and now have to revisit them to get my next day shipping reimbursed. This has to be my worst experience with online shopping, I love the city of Toronto... But I hate going on a lord of the rings type journey all around Toronto trying to locate 8 seperate items that should have been grouped together, Frodo only had to destroy one ring
The Bay's Christmas Windows are a lovely long awaited delight to return to year after year. Thank you for hard work.
