Had a blast time with Diana during our Cocktails Around The World class. She was a great teacher and an excellent story teller. We learnt the history of the drinks we made and she really taught us the basics (since we have no clue of what we are doing). I can't wait to be back with more people. Excellent job, Diana!

I purchased a mixology workshop on Cocktails & BItters and it was the best decision ever! Rob Berry was extremely personable, humorous and knowledgeable! The workshop was 2 hours and he taught us the secrets to make an exceptional cocktail. We also got to try many different famous cocktails, how to successfully make them ourselves, and designed a cocktail of our own choice! I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in mixology! Can't wait to take another workshop! Thanks again Barry - ya got me good and drunk :P
Have done two workshops here and both have been exceptional! Both instructors are super knowledgeable and not only teach you the tricks of the trade, but help you craft cocktails to your individual tastes. Some of the best cocktails I've had, and the best part is I know I can now make them at home. Felt very comfortable with the social distancing and sanitation practices in place!
Had a great experience at this course. I ended up dropping out because it was too hard for me to study which is a credit to how much knowledge they're actually giving you. Both teachers were very passionate and entertaining and were giving you everything they knew to help you become the best bartender you can possibly be. If I had stuck with it and been fully committed, I have no doubt this would have taken me to my goal. Thanks Diana and Rob!
My training at The Bartending School of Ontario completed exceeding ALL of my expectations. Rob and Diane are both amazing, professional, experienced educators in the industry and have created a learning environment that is practical, educational and very fun! I walked out of this experience with so much more confidence in the industry. Not to mention, a couple new friends. I will 100% be back to take more classes as they offer a wide range of bartending classes. I highly recommend this school!!
Rob & Diana are simply amazing teachers. The techniques Rob taught me were more than inspirational, I now have a much better insight on making / shaking drinks in a fun and accurate manner. Diana taught me the theory aspect of making beverages, in an easy to understand manner. My overall experience was simplified yet informative. I had a great experience at the Bartending School of Ontario and would recommend to anyone who is interested.

The class was great, stories behind every cocktails and experiences helps it remember the ingredients of the cocktails, that eventually helped me in the exam, that’s my personal experience. Took a class with Rob and it was incredible. Equal parts informative and fun. I learned a lot and will definitely be taking more classes!
